Focus and vision: 
Cathy is a missionary with Covenant World Mission serving in Colombia in the areas of evangelism, outreach, and community development.  

Connection with Christchurch: Christchurch has been supporting Cathy for more than two decades.  


Prayer and other needs: Pray for God's hand of protection.

To be attentive to God's voice at all times and be walking in His will for my life. 

The home I live in with my dogs and roommate Marlen to be protected.

To be a light to my neighbors.

Good communication as sometimes we assume we understand what was asked but it was not what we thought, so I need to communicate well and understand others' communication well.

That God raise up people to be involved in ministries and take leadership responsibilities.

Direct giving 

To get involved: There are opportunities for short term missions to support the ministry through construction projects, usually renovating churches, painting, or helping to build them, or other ministry facilities of the Covenant. Volunteers can help with English in the schools of the Covenant in Barranquilla and Medellin. There are also opportunities to teach crafts, small business workshops on organization and helpful tips, as well as teaching Biblical seminars, workshops on family relationships, healing from abuse, and other topics.
